Building a Trusted Network
At launch, sitters on Bingo! will be required to complete a profile and agree to our service standards. Reviews will only be accepted from clients who have completed a booking through the platform.
Reliable Communication
Stay connected during every service with photo and video updates and instant in-app messaging with your caregiver. You're never in the dark about how your pet is doing.
Sitters Carry Their Own Insurance
Independent sitters on Bingo! must carry their own pet-care liability insurance, which we review before they can accept requests. That coverage is the sitter's own policy; Bingo! does not insure visits itself.
